rganizational Coaching and Mentoring is a dynamic partnership between a coach-mentor
and a client. Through regular telephone and email contact, the client gains expertise and
confi dence in leading and building the school in his or her realm—pedagogical, cultural, spiritual,
administrative, social, or fi nancial. Client and coach engage in a one hour-per-week telephone
